But the digital armor does have some chinks of credibility, and the computer-generated sequences that are most reminiscent of the video game genre tend to lessen some of the credibility of the battles. the whole of mankind has been slated for extinction according to the scheming Saruman and Saron. Not because there aren't enough worthy causes. So needless to say, the idea may tend to actually get monotonous. No cozy romance, no soft breasts or lingering kisses as counterpoint to the butchering madness. The main theme of the film seems to be the senseless slaughter of battle after yet another battle. But the spectacle of gore and medieval battle engines has nearly no respite to balance them. The PG13 ratings are based upon these sequences.
